Delete your account

Balizar, developed by Antônio Marcos de Oliveira Souza, lets you delete your account and all your data at any time, free of charge.

In the app

• 1. Open Balizar and sign in to your account.
• 2. Open the menu and tap Profile.
• 3. Tap the ⋮ menu, at the top right, and choose Delete account.
• 4. Read the notice and confirm with Delete account.

In the desktop app, at app.balizar.com.br, the same option is under Settings → Your data → Delete account. To keep a copy, use Export my data first, in the same place.

Without access to the app

If you can no longer sign in to your account, write to privacidade@balizar.com.br from the account e-mail asking for the deletion. We confirm your identity through that e-mail and delete the account within 15 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, user name, e-mail, phone, date of birth and picture) and the sign-in, including the Google, Apple or Facebook one.
• Wallets, cards, transactions, recurring bills, installments, categories, tags, budgets, goals and import suggestions.
• The wallets, goals and budgets you created and shared, for the people who follow them too. You also leave what others shared with you.
• Followers, follow requests, notifications, devices, sessions and the subscription record.

The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Automatic backups of the database provider are overwritten after a limited period. Transaction attachments stay only on your device: they are erased when you uninstall the app.

Plus subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription, which is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in the subscription settings of your store so you are not charged again.
