Frequently asked questions

Does the Free plan expire?

No. You can use Balizar for free for as long as you want, within the Free plan limits.

How do I subscribe to Plus?

In the app: tap “Balizar Plus Available!” and pick the monthly or annual plan. Payment goes through Google Play or the App Store.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The subscription is managed by the store (Google Play or App Store) and can be canceled at any time, with no fee.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. You go back to the Free plan, and what you shared becomes read-only until you subscribe again or make the item yours alone.

Does everyone in my group need to subscribe?

No. The group organizer needs Plus to share; the other members can follow along for free, read-only. Only those who edit also need Plus.

What are the Conecta and Pro plans?

They are the next Balizar plans. With Open Finance, they will fetch the transactions from your banks automatically. They are not available yet; until then, Plus already imports OFX and CSV statements.
